The voting system in Civ wars is very simple. The user votes for 7 links, in which 5 work, receives a low amount of xp, and 200 coins per vote. They also receive a small change of getting a roulette key. Previous editions of the voting gave voters 2000 coins over all, has less vote links, and more xp. Roulette keys had a change in probability of getting a key from 2/3 per vote, to 1/3, to 1/6.
